The device works exactly as I hoped. Its uncomfortable locking my phone in it, which is exactly why i need it!

No reflection of the rating. But as feedback, some felt or cloth lining inside would be great for future models.

A GENUINE game changer.

I use my phone to run business, but it also runs my life. This isn’t in anyway healthy, i darent share my daily screen time. But it’s down one hour a day now cos of this case. Baby steps. But they working. Absolutely would recommend. A genuine 10/10.

Works exactly as described. My time on social media has gone down, I spend less time watching tv AND being on my phone. I’m more in the moment. Case is a bit bulky, you don’t really want to carry it around with you - maybe a slimmer skeletal style version for carrying around? think face hugger from aliens but for phones. I digress. The case is ace. Definitely recommend for people who want to spend less time on their phones.

The concept is great and I like the aesthetics. It does have design flaws. It has a removable rubber insert that should allow you answer an incoming call if needed in an emergency, however, the box triggers my phone's 'pocket mode' so I can't answer it in the box. No problem, I thought, it's got an emergency unlocks setting. The device is limited to 2 emergency unlocks over the lifetime of the product and no apparent way of resetting it.

Until i came across this product, I hadn't been aware such a thing existed. On opening the V1.0 Lockbox, i was pleasantly surprised with the feel and finish of the product. It's made mostly of plastic, with the rubber insert intended to make your phone accessible in case of a phone call. It left a good impression on me, but what left an even great impression on me was the functionality, and how good the lock was. At first sight, it didn't look like it could possibly withstand even a modest amount of force, but after making an attempt to open the top cover, I was instantly proven wrong. Therefore it gets my certification for a high quality lock, as it works exactly as intended and with plenty of force to withstand even the strongest of people.
I can attest to it's rugged dependability as a phone lock, and can thus happily recommend it.

Ideal if you want to lock your phone away for any period of time. There’s a lot of talk at the moment about how much time out young ones are being allowed to spend on their devices, well if you want to cut it down, this is the way to do it! It’s easy enough to set up as long as you follow the instructions. You set a timer for how long you would like to lock you device away for but if need it in an emergency, it’s quickly and easily unlocked, maybe you just don’t want to tell the child how to do it.
Very sturdy, nothing is going to happen to your phone while in this, so also ideal if you need to protect your phone for any reason, you can just close it without locking it.
Ours is working in the opposite way, my granddaughter puts my phone into the case when she wants me to role play with her or read her a book. Really is a great idea.

The Lockbox is a great device for anyone who needs to focus and feels like the temptation to use their phone will interrupt their work. Simply put your phone into the case, set the timer and you will be able to focus on the task at hand without the ability to use your phone unless for incoming calls or silencing alarms.

Price is good, concept is great and ideal device for those really struggling to put their handset down and focus.
