What about in emergencies?
Hold down the main button for around 10 seconds to use an emergency unlock. This can only be done twice per device, so use it wisely.
Why not just put my phone down instead?
With habit forming behaviours, willpower alone usually isn't enough. Pre-commitment has been proven as a much more effective strategy for self-control. By restricting temptation, the device prevents the failures of willpower.
Ever tried to use your phone less? It's much harder than it seems. But we made it easy. Simply put your phone in a box, and watch your screen time shrink.
Does my phone fit?
The internal dimensions of the box are around 17.2cm x 8.5cm x 1.6cm. This is enough space for almost all uncased phones, e.g. iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, you may have to remove your case for your phone to fit. We recommend you measure your phone before ordering to ensure it is compatible.
What charity do you work with?

What if it breaks with my phone inside?
This is extremely unlikely but if it happens, it is possible to force open the lid with most tools, irreversibly damaging the box. Email us and we will replace the device as soon as possible.
